MANAGEMENT PLANS
Pick the term that suits you. The longer you commit, the less you pay.
Our management fee is a simple percentage of gross booking revenue. There's a £150 minimum monthly management charge to cover fixed costs if your property is unavailable.
BEST VALUE
Luxury homes: greater discounts available for luxury and high nightly-rate properties. We also discount further based on number of homes you have with us.
ONBOARDING FEE
A one-off fee to get your property guest-ready, properly.
Onboarding isn't as quick or cheap as it looks. We've broken down exactly what goes into it below so there are no surprises. Sign a 12-month plan and the onboarding fee drops by 25%.
